Growing chile is only some of the fun. Celebrating our
chile is the most fun. Every year in Southern New
Mexico, our area has two of the largest festivals
dedicated to NM Chile, the World Famous Chile
Festival in Hatch, New Mexico and The Whole
Enchilada Festival in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
