Today, Seco Spice is a large New Mexico Wholesaler of
organic and non-organic fruits, spices and vegetables
to many of the finest brands and retailers in the country.
We started out with our dehydration plant in Garfield,
NM. In January of 1998, we purchased a larger facility in
Artesia NM. This additional drying capacity allowed us to
expand our operations across Southern NM. Our Artesia
plant dehydrates a variety of products, including
jalapeno peppers, onion, carrots and garlic, with red
chile and rosemary being our primary products.
We then acquired our 3rd plant in Berino, NM and have
made this our company headquarters.

Today
Seco Spice produces over 6M dry pounds of chile annually. We process over 500
tons of fresh green chile annually and over 250,000 pounds of rosemary. We sell and
ship our products both domestically and internationally. All our products are certified
Kosher and many are certified ICS and USDA organic.
